SMART: Goal Concept. How to build Great Goals?

The S.M.A.R.T. Goal Concept was created in the 80s and is still relevant and popular (and powerful) nowadays to build great relevant goals for the long term! πŸ’ͺ

S = Specific – clear and well defined goal.

M = Measurable – completition points are clearly understood, because process can be tracked and measured.

A = Agree upon – if this is a business goal, and if there are many stakeholders, they should all agree on it.

R = Relevant/Realistic – has to be attainable with the resources you have.

T = Trackable/Timely – with has a deadline.
